I've been pondering the internet and friendships made on the internet. People always think I'm weird because I claim people who I have never met as my friends.
Well sorry! They are friends. Ms. Souza is one of them:-) What a gal! I really enjoyed meeting her face to face but I know her from the time we spend on a mutual yahoo group. I felt like I was seeing an old friend!
I wonder if penpals were like this in the old days. Why do people question internet friendships but not pen pal friendships. Boggles the mind...

Wow - Lisa's booth is amazing! How could you ever decide what to come home with?
Yep, I hear that all the time, too and agree 100% with you.
Great picture of you and Lisa! (and your daughter, too)
all the convergence pictures are lovely but of course this one is my favorite...
Awww, what a picture. Two of my favorite friends. Mina is the cutest and such a sweet little girly girl. I loved meeting your MIL, Elizabeth. I can only imagine the beautiful things that she has created in her life, which I am sure has been an amazing journey.
Thank you so much for going above and beyond, making the trip up to GR, especially because it had to be such a whirlwind for you. It was as you said, though. I felt those connections for you and the rest of the FT crew and knew that going to M$&W last year was an important thing to do by putting flesh onto the soul that I know already. Magic.
Much love.
You got to meet Lisa! She is such a wonderful friend and such a good artist.
Wow! Thanks! It was almost like being there... Now if only we could figure out how to touch the fiber on-line.
Wonderful photo, and I wouldn't trade my on-line friends for anything.
what you said, exactly :-)
Look how cute you three are. What a marvelous picture!! I just wish I'd been in there too ;)
I hope that you will be coming to Stitches East in November so that I can meet you too!!
I also agree the community of souls that have connect is just amazing! Aren't we all just so lucky!
I'm so glad that you were able to go, Elizabeth! Mina looks happy, too. (I'm surprised there's that much yarn left in Lisa's booth - I thought I came home with it all!) ;-D
