A hap is a common shetland shawl but by today's standards it is usually a garter stitch shawl with a feather and fan border:-) Mine is a diamond shaped center then I picked up the edge stitches and am knitting the feather and fan border then I will knit on an edging. It is so fun with the kidsilk haze because you see progress fairly quickly!
Thanks for the note at my blog! Somehow, I can't seem to keep myself busy by knitting 24 hours a day. Maybe my knitting's not interesting enough? This AM I'm spinning instead.
All the colors on your blog are very cheery--thanks for the spring infusion!
Koigu would make me happy if I had some! Gorgeous colors! Thanks for coming over yesterday! THAT made me happy...you and Vicki gettin all that fiber off my hands! heheheheheh

It's spring at your blog!
The hap looks lovely, I can see that I will have to get that book by Sharon.
I'll be interested to see more of the Koigu as it progresses
