all spun up and plied

I spun that merino up and plied it. Ain't she purty! It's Lisa Souza's merino fiber in Birds of Paradise colorway. Next up Sky Drama by Miz Souza.
I probably won't blog much this week. I go to the Michigan Fiber Fest classes I signed up for. I can't wait from spinning to designing Orenburg shawls with Galina Khmeleva. I probably butchered the spelling of her last name I promise to blog afterwards about it and my acquisitions at the fest.

Chris, her sister Laurie and I plan on going to the Michigan Fiber Fest on Saturday. We are bringing Laurie's two girls and my granddaughter. All of the girls knit, and we think they will enjoy it. I assume they have animals also. Boy I didn't realize they are advertising by responding to blogs these days --how annoying.

margel, I know yuck! I'm not sure what to do about it!
The fiber fest is great for kids. It has animals and demos. I'd go to the website because they have free craft demos at certain times for kids. They are going to love the angora bunnies!

Liz I'm going to do the Annie modisett cardi in the fall 05 VK with all the 100-150 yds skeins I've got laying around. I've got one more 4oz very colorful roving to spin and then I'll start it.
